Guys, I need to have my Ford F-150 repaired, The donut just came loose, and the Manifold has either warped or some bolts have come loose and it is loud. If any of you guys are experienced and willing, I have the cash. I can take it to a shop, but I was out of work for a while and good craigslist folks gave me some work form here, so I am repaying the chance.

I understand the mainifold you may need to drill out bolts and put gaskets or spacers in, the donut Im not sure just replace the holding bolts or whatever.
