            There is also a Standard Two Bedroom with Wood Burning Fireplace.  It is the exact same floor plan; it will just come with the fireplace and rent for $830 a month.<br>

            The Two Bedroom Deluxe units are $880 a month.  This includes 1 1/2 bathrooms and an unfinished basement with washer/dryer connections.  They are about 1,212 in sq ft.  This unit will include a double car-detached garage.<br>

            As for our Three bedrooms, they start with our Standard unit.  This unit rents for $920 a month.  It includes an unfinished basement (not included in sq footage) with washer/dryer connections and 2 ½ bathrooms.  It will also have single car detached garage.  This unit is about 1,388 in sq ft.  <br>

            The Three Bedroom Attached Garage rents for $945/month.  This unit will also include an unfinished basement with washer/dryer connections, and 2 ½ bathrooms and 1,408 in sq footage.  It will have a single car garage, which is actually attached to the home.<br>

            Our Deluxe Three Bedrooms units are $985/month. This unit will also include an unfinished basement with washer/dryer connections, and 2 ½ bathrooms and 1,408 in sq footage; however, they have a double car detached garage. <br>
   <br>
            The deposit on the two bedrooms is $400 and the three bedrooms have a deposit of $500.  At this time, we are not running any specials. There is a $30.00 application fee per adult applicant.  It usually only takes me a couple of days to approve an application as long as I have all the information.<br>
 <br>
You will be responsible for gas, water, electricity and a trash fee.  I usually figure $150-$200 or so for all.  This may be figuring low or high.  It certainly depends on Mother Nature, as every year is different.  <br>
 <br>
            We also offer an Olympic sized pool (3ft-12ft) and a wading pool off to the side.  We have a new fitness center with a tot room for the kids.  There is a computer lab, (cable modem) free of charge to residents.  The tanning bed is also down there.  The tanning bed is the only amenity that we charge for.  We also have a playground and plenty of courtyards.<br>

            Do you have any pets?  We accept cats and dogs at our property, maximum of 2 pets per household.  We require a deposit of $300 for the first pet and an additional $150 for the second pet.  $150 of that deposit is refundable.  There is pet rent: $10/month/cat and $20/month/dog.  We do not accept aggressive breeds of dogs at Country Estates.<br>
