This class is taught by Reiki Master/Teacher and Practitioner Stephie Albright, BA, LMT. She has been practicing Reiki and other healing therapies since 1998. She has held classes throughout the US from New York to Arizona. She is trained in both Jikkiden (Eastern Reiki) and Usui Hawaya Takata (Western Reiki).

Reiki Therapy can help realign the body's own energies so that healing may occur quicker and the body can maintain healthy functions. Reiki also works with the Mind/Body/Spirit as one so that the person seeking clearing or balance may attain a better state of emotional and mental healing. Reiki may be received hands on or hands off the person. Using it for your own self daily is highly beneficial for keeping a healthy mind and body. The person receiving is fully clothed and in a safe nurturing environment. Therapy sessions are available to those interested in receiving the Reiki without learning the therapy.
