a) In the US, millions of aliens, poor, & tightwads get free care in emergency rooms (its the law). It was done on purpose.
Like shoplifting in stores, it drives up prices for all. Obama Care won't ask if people are citizens, let alone require it.
It buys votes (at your expense) Even "advanced" socialism (Australia) you can't get that free care without a health card...
