Bathroom has jacuzi type tub with jets and shower. I have 2 cats and 1 dog. I would *prefer* not to add more to the mix, but that's negotiable. The room I'm renting out is on the main level. As most of my entertainment items are in the basement, I would relocate my room to the basement.

$500 includes a month to month with no obligations. It also includes all utilities - Gas, power, water, and internet. I currently do NOT have cable, as I watch everything on Hulu. I would consider adding it if required. Parking is available in back, off of the street. Have a 2 car garage, but am currently using that space for some storage. That space could be negotiated for an additional $50, since I would need to obtain other storage. There is, however, plenty of parking space in the back.

Basically, this August I spread my wings and moved out of my parent's home. I miss calculated a few things, ran into some unexpected problems, and now I'm totally broke, can't afford the place, and school hinders me from working more. All my mistake. So, I need to find a new room mate to take my place for the remainder of the lease (August 2010).

Info:
the rent is split 3 ways (I have two female room mates) and it sits at about $272 a month. The other bills (i.e. electric, gas, and internet) end up totaling between $50-70ish a month. Really not too bad.

Concerning the deposit. The deposit was $300 split 3 ways, thus $100 per person. To change a room mate on the lease it is a $100 fee. Basically, who ever moves into the townhome in my place will receive my part of the deposit. you give $100 and get $100 back. Also you have to fill out an application, which is like $35. Super easy, simple stuff here.

The place: Its a 2 bedroom town home, 1 bath 1 half bath, living room, kitchen etc... one room mate made the basement her room, so you would get my old room upstairs. It has 3 levels: main floor, 2nd floor, and basement. There is a brand new deck on the main floor.

No dogs, cats are allowed but I think one of the room mates are allergic, but I might be mistaken

Location. 90th and dodge, right behind the billy frogs, nice and short walking distance to the bar. Pretty close to UNO if you are a student, but basically right in the middle of Omaha.

Its a nice place, I hate that I need to move back home but I really don't have much of a choice at this time. The land lord is cool, and the maintenance staff is great, a lot or parking, a garage is only $40 a month to rent, no yard work necessary. Very good place over all.The room mates like I said are both female, I myself am Male so obviously gender is no issue. All of us are college students, the place is normally quiet weekday evenings, not too crazy on the weekends either. Everyone is pretty chill, and easy going. Okay, so, me and my brother live in this house, and we need at least one more person in there to help us make rent.

*My brother has this annoying habit of occasionally "bumping his music". I, personally, don't get it. But it's what he likes, and I try to keep it down, but, I can't always. So if you can't be bothered by things such as random "music bumping", you're not interested.
*It's not a party house, but we do have friends over quite often, it gets boring. Our only rule is, no people in the house that we don't know/trust. Pretty understandable. If you move in and want to have someone over, just introduce them, and don't just randomly throw parties because most of the time one of us works in the morning.
