Very Good Toshiba Satellite For Sale (Omaha) $200

I have an extra laptop that I'm trying to get rid of. It's a Toshiba Satellite model A65-S126. It's in decent shape and has served honorably, but it's time to move on. The main reason I'm selling it is because it's a bit too bulky for me. I do a lot of traveling, so I purchased one of the mini-laptops to take it's place. Cosmetically, it's in good shape. No major damage to report, other than a couple years of basic wear & tear. The screen has no real damage to speak of and the keyboard is in proper working order. It would make a nice addition for someone who doesn't need the portability that I need.

The specifics of the laptop are as follows:

Toshiba Satellite A65-S126

Model Number: PSA60U-02K015

S/N: 74014056Q

60 GB Hard Drive with Windows XP Operating System

SD-R2512 CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive

704 MB RAM

2.80 Ghz Celeron Processor

Three USB 2.0 ports

Internal Wireless Card - 802.11g

More pictures available upon request.

It's got lots and lots of software on it... hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth. Really good programs that you'll get some use out of, too. I'll leave them on there if you like. Some of the more popular programs include:

Microsoft Office
Adobe Acrobat Pro
Photoshop
Roxio RecordNow
PowerDVD
Dreamweaver

I only have two major issues with the computer... I think it's only fair to mention them. First, the cooling fan is on the bottom of the laptop. Thus, it's easy to cover it up, which causes it to get a bit too hot. When that happens, it likes to shut off with no warning whatsoever. If you accomodate that and give it plenty of airflow, it's no big deal. You just can't use it on the carpet or on the bed... I'd think that one of those aftermarket cooling fans would do wonders.

The only other problem I've had with the laptop has to do with the power cord. Sometimes when it's plugged in, the power doesn't get from the wall to the computer. Not sure if it's the cord or the jack, but if I move cord where it plugs into the laptop, it usually recognizes it and all is well.

Those are the only real issues I've got with the computer. If you're looking for a good laptop, look no further. I'm asking $200.00. Drop me a line... maybe we can do some business.

Thanks For Looking
Muse X-Duo RAID- RAID Function Introduction
RAID 0 Data can be separated and distributed across several different physical disks; some bytes are written to one disk, and the other bytes are written to another. This mode provides the highest performance without any redundancy.
RAID 1 All the data wirtten to the one disk is duplicated on the other disk. This mode provides greater data protection since if one disk fails, all your data still intact on the other disk.
BIG Several physical disks combined as a logical disks. In other words, the capacity of the logical drive is the total capacity of the physical drives. This mode doesn't provide redundancy.
Linear Individual disk. This mode doesn't provide redundancy.

Do not miss out on this deal! This drive is the envy of every gamer or PC enthusiast out there. It is 300 Gb of lean mean game abusing machine! It is the updated 300Gb VelociRaptor Hard drive from Western Digital. I have only had this item for about 3 months and I spent 249.99 on it. I am asking for 180.00 FIRM. This will go very fast. I wouldnt even think about selling this little beast if it wasnt for the fact that I want to help my parents with home expenses. This drive spins at 10,000 RPM with INCREDIBLE read and seek times to make game play FAST! Ask anyone about VelociRaptor drives and you will get the same response. They are AWESOME. period!

Need proof? Check out this link to Newegg.com.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136322&cm_re=velociraptor-_-22-136-322-_-Product

Even tigerdirect is only selling the 150Gb version and that is 169.99! You are getting the 300Gb one. for just 180.00!

I havent formated the drive so there will be some info on it. But nothing bad. You can easily format it when it is in your machine.
HURRY ON THIS ONE! It is going to be gone soon!

The machine was also upgraded to a wireless N card and has a Bluetooth card installed.

We used this laptop as a desktop replacement so the battery was taken out and set aside. It was probably charged 5 times since we received the laptop so it’s basically new. The operating system has been restored to factory defaults and it comes with the original box and media disks that it came from Dell with.

The Dell warranty on this machine is good to 6/2/2010. It is a transferable warranty so you’re covered till then by Dell if there are any problems with the laptop.

New, this was an $800 dollar laptop and I am asking $450 or best reasonable offer. If you are interested in the laptop or have any questions send me an email or give me a call at 740-2291. Local Lincoln and Omaha cash sales only. No, I will not ship it or give you my paypal address.

Drive Cage - SATA - RAID Enclosure $150

This is an awesome drive cage. There are 4 hot swappable 3.5 inch SATA cages with electronic temperature monitors and audible alerts. You plug the card (which I am including) into an expansion slot, attached the multi channel cable (also included) and away you go. The cable and card alone are worth $75. This is a perfect set up to run your home movies a media server or store tons of digital pictures in RAID 5 array, etc. You need to use the motherboards or a separate RAID controller. Simply attached to a computer and it can be storage for the small business network or home network. There are no limits to the size SATA drives only your operating system system or RAID card will limit this. A motherboard or separate RAID controller will allow you to run the cage as an RAID array or volume. Simply loop the SATA cables from the motherboard or controller to the back of the expansion card. A seperate power supply in the cage assures that your existing power supply will not be over taxed.

This is a great price.

Thermaltake Midtower Computer Case w/ see through side. This is an excellent case. It is very well build. Great 4 a gamers case. You can really do some nice mods. Holds 7 3.5 inch drives. 5 in the lower cage, 2 above it. It also has four 5 inch bays. I have used it for two years and am changing to a mini ATX b/c of the space I need to use it in. All the fans work. The see through side holds a 92mm. The front has a 120 mm which pushed air over the lower 3.5 inch drive cage. The rear is LED lit and glows blue. The front of the case has a blue LED which also gives it a really cool look. It is in excellent shape, all the ports work and all the wires, etc. are in good working order. New this case is $90 dollars AND you'd have to pay shipping. I am asking $55.
Here is the link to the case at the manufactures website. It will have some additional pictures:
