Briar Hills is proud to be a pet friendly community. Two pets are allowed per apartment. We do have breed restrictions when it comes to dogs (Pitbull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman), as well as conditional breeds (Husky, Malamute, Akita, German Shepard, and Dalmatians). With conditional breeds we require the pet to have or obtain their Canine Good Citizenship Certificate.
We do offer detached garages for $75mo. There is also plenty of free off-street parking throughout the community. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Electricity is billed by OPPD, gas is billed by MUD and we bill back for water, sewage, and trash. Cable/telephone are available through Cox Communications. Renter’s insurance is not required but is encouraged. A building liability coverage charge of $14.00 is added monthly. This does not cover personal liability.
A deposit of $500 (based on screening results) is due 3 days (72hrs) after your application is approved. We also offer Rhino as an additional option for your deposit (ask staff for details). There is an application fee of $60 for all adults 18+ living in the apartment. We have a one-time administration fee of $150 that is due at the time of application.
We are here five days a week to help you plan for the future! Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm and closed on weekends.
