For sale is a brand new Compound Microscope with a 25X eyepiece magnification and on the compound adjustment are a 4X/10X/40X magnifications. The 40X magnification can be used for oil immersion to increase the magnification of the object, or the 40X can be used just regularly. I used it for a semester in college for a microbiology course and can be listed as new.
A convenient handle is built into the form for carrying around, with a rugged build that will last for years, and its ability to run on AC power or batteries makes it an ideal travel companion. High-quality glass optics are used to provide clear, sharp images. Three objective lenses (4X, 10X, 40X) can be selected for increasing levels of magnification. This will accommodate a wide variety of specimens, including cells, bacteria, and even sand. With two built-in lights, you can switch from the lower light -- which is used for slides -- to the top light for opaque specimens. The head can be rotated 360° to match the user's preference.
