This lot includes a copy of the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Official Souvenir Magazine (copyright 1996, 200 pages), a copy of the Sports Illustrated Special Collector's Edition, "Champions Again Nebraska 1995" (copyright 1996, 104 pages) and three Husker-themed calendars from 1997, 2000 and 2002
All items are in Excellent Used Condition (EUC) with no problems or issues with marks, stains, discoloration, loose pages or missing pages. There are some signs of previous ownership consistent with the age of the items.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers followed up their 1994 National Championship by beating every team they faced during the 1995 season (12 - 0), including the Florida Gators, by a score of 62 - 24, in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl on January 2, 1996.
The Cornhuskers averaged a 39-point margin of victory in the 1995 season on their way to trouncing Steve Spurrier's Gators by 38 points.
The 1995 Cornhusker team is widely regarded as the greatest college football team of all time.
