Rare Antique Book, The Pure Food Cook Book, Good Housekeeping Recipes, published 1915, copyright 1914, edited by Mildred Maddocks, Introduction by Harvey W, Wiley, M.D., Hardcover, 417 pages - $30

An antique cookbook in excellent used condition with very few flaws.

A previous owner wrote their name in ink on the inside front cover and a recipe for Sour Milk Cookies on one of the blank pages provided for that purpose (page 394).

No marks were observed on any other pages.

The corners of the boards are bumped, there is some slight shelf wear, there is a very small tear/hole in the spine, and there is some faint/slight staining on the covers.

Even with these minor issues, the book is in outstanding condition after almost 110 years. The binding is solid and tight and there are no loose or missing pages.

Smoke-free, pet-free home. 7.5 in x 5.25 in x 1.5 in. 1 lb, 2 oz
