Excellent used condition with signs of previous ownership and use. The book is square with a solid and tight binding, no loose or missing pages, and no pen or pencil marks observed.
There are creases on the covers and abrasions along the edges where the top layer has been worn away.
The front flyleaf has a tear about 2 inches long which was repaired with transparent tape.
There is mild staining in some places on the edges of the pages and covers and on a few of the pages starting with the front flyleaf and going on for about 10 pages.
The corners are fairly sharp with only mild bumping, and the pages have browned/tanned only a bit.
