This is a beautiful doll dressed as a clown with lots of cheerful details.
The entire body, head, hands, and feet are porcelain. The black shoes appear to be plastic.

Satin suit outfit in orange and cream colors
Looks like the back of the head or neck is marked with a maker's mark. Not sure about that as it's partially obscured by the wig, see last 2 photos. The wig or hair is glued on, and I didn't want to try to undo that.
