This official licensed, 1999 Keepsake ornament “The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Suess” is part of Hallmark’s collection of Celebrate the Century commemorative stamps, a series of postage stamps made by the U.S. Postal Service featuring images celebrating personalities and events from the 20th century. Only 6 noteworthy designs were featured in the 1999 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament line. Comes in original box and packaging.
