This property is managed by Management One 1st Choice Property Management. They want $50 application fee per person plus they require you to make 3 times the rent. Also the guy that runs the company is a complete ASS! He's money hungry for the application fees. It's a nice house, my mom and I looked at it, but we don't want anything to do with the management company, their office is way way down in Bellevue. We don't recommend anyone renting this house through the management company at all. They have a poor track record over the course of 13 years already.
