-Greeting customers and directing them to find the products and solutions that they need
-Assisting customers with proper product selection and quantity of product needed
-Answering incoming calls, and directing calls to the proper department as needed
-Entering customer orders for delivery or pickup
-Entering and finalizing sales transactions as customers complete their purchase
-Assisting with all functions of office operations including ordering office supplies, printing/making copies, organizing/stocking literature (product pricing, catalogs, product info)
-Balancing all transactions at closing, including cash drawer
-Must be comfortable and experienced working with Word/Excel
-Competent math skills (addition, subtraction, division, percentages)
-Proper telephone skills with clear speaking voice
-Ability to lift 25 lbs on occasion
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Weekend hours March-October
-Enjoy a very fast paced atmosphere with great multi tasking skills
-Interest in outdoor projects/landscape projects is beneficial but not required.
