The AC and the heater work well. It has a built in DVD player in the TV. Has a hook up in the bedroom for TV along side the queen size bed. Double axle trailer that sits up high for going down the dirt road to you favorite hunting spot. Tires are in good shape. It has a 2 inch reciever hitch for towing your ATV or jeep.
