This is a great layout, very comfortable, with a sectional couch, and a ton of storage,
There is a queen bed up front, a fold out sectional couch. 2 recliners, 4 chair dinning table and fireplace.
Comes with 2 Tv's.
I will include a 50 amp surge protector too.
Comes with all owners manuals and receipts we can find.
