I purchased this Couch brand new a few years back at NFM. I also have the matching arm Chair with ottoman listed separately. It comes from a non-smoking home with no pets or kids. And I'm very clean and particular about my furniture. So nothing has ever been spilled on this couch other than maybe water. So no hidden surprises inside this couch. The couch is by "Broyhill". The material is the ever popular "micro fiber". Made to look like leather but without all the downfalls of leather. It breaths unlike leather. It's soft and warm to the touch. And it will never crack like leather. And it's very durable. As you can tell from the photos it's been very lightly used mainly by me over the years. Which is to say I maybe sat in it maybe on the weekends if even that. The two pillows came with the couch new. They are also in good shape overall. I want to keep it but it will not work with decor of our new home we are moving too. So I must sell it asap.
