Non-Smoking home and in excellent condition.

Includes a hardly-used-at-all full mattress that my oldest daughter used with a mattress protector on the top for the full bed for one year. The Mattress is the $110 variety of Mattress in a box that is for the full bed assembly. You will be able to see mattress itself is like new.

Also includes Crib Mattress nearly new - no blemishes that I can see as my daughter didn't like a crib...

We loved this as it was great for all stages, but got the daughter a different bed for her full bed. We didn't use it as a Day Bed at all.

We just moved, and the bed is ready for moving now.

All instructions and conversion hardware & original packet for spare hardware included as we kept all of that. (see pictures)
