Steaks are right sized for todays diet. at 6- 8 oz for a t bone or rib eye their is room on the plate for vegetables and other delicious sides. All cattle for sale have been raised on this farm as it is a conception to freezer operation, no vaccines, males are intact, they are clam cattle and will follow. Being smaller cattle they have a excellent temperment, are easy on the land and facilities easy keepers. Prices will vary according to the animal or pair you pick
