This electric roaster can be used to roast, steam, and slow cooks; very handy to bake a turkey up to 12 pounds. Temperature control is adjustable. It has a removable cooking pan to make cleaning process easier after use. This roaster adds extra oven space for baking or roasting. The interior is nonstick, which also helps with cleaning.
