Matted & Framed Prints of Cheri Blum's Narcissus & Orchid in Excellent Used Condition (EUC)
Each piece is 17 inches tall, 14 inches across (total, including frame). The visible art is 12 inches tall, 9 inches across. Ready to hang.
There are no marks or other issues with the prints, the solid wood frames or anywhere else on each piece.
In her brilliant but brief career, Cheri Blum (Sept. 24, 1969 - Nov. 4, 2003) created more than 400 original paintings. Cheri lived and worked in the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland, where the coastal serenity influenced her decorative work.
Cheri appreciated things with a feeling of age and history, and successfully achieved a similar patina in her paintings. The simple, graceful shapes she painted have a timeless quality and restful feeling that make them easy to live with and enjoy.
When asked about her sources of inspiration, Cheri said, "I believe we find inspiration everywhere, in objects that intrigue us, deep within ourselves, and in unexpected places... [A]rtists [such as John LaFarge and William Morris] inspire me, and have helped pave the way to achieving my goals."
Pickup is near 144th & Harrison in Omaha (68138) or we can arrange a convenient place to meet.
