(2.) OTHER MOVING OPTION PLANS: (LABOR Only):
1 man 2 hrs $65 any size place ($25 each additional hr.) "payee must be able to help if needed".
2 men 2 hrs BDR or Studio - $235 ($50 each additional hr.)
2 men 5 hrs 1 BDR - $410 ($50 each additional hr.)
2 men 8 hrs 2 BDR or 3 BDR - $510 ($50 each additional hr.)
(3.) FULL MOVING SERVICE OPTION PLANS: (INClUDES MOVING TRUCK, AND SUPPLIES):
2 men 2 hrs BDR or Studio - $410 ($50 each additional hr.)
2 men 5 hrs 1 BDR - $590 ($50 each additional
hr.)
2 men 8 hrs 2 BDR or 3 BDR - $700 ($50 each additional hr.)
NOTE: (we don't move pianos, safes,
pool tables, hot tubs, mount tv's, or do any packing, for best results have everything ready to go and reserve in advance for moving services if possible.
(4.) Also if you have some odds and ends junk furniture, appliances, or yard waste, you don't want around anymore, I can remove it for a flat fee no matter how big or small the load is starting at ($75 one pickup truck load - $140 two pickup truck loads only.)
(5.) And if you have used or new furniture you just got an need someone to install/assemble, depending on the item it's a flat fee starting at ($50 to $125) per item depending on what's being installed.

Other services we offer
Move in-Move out residential cleaning, and post construction cleaning:
1. Flat fees
2. Kitchen $100
3. Bathrooms $75 each
4. Every other room $25 each
5. $20 extra if pet hair is present
6. $100 minimum fee.
Allow clean up to take anywhere from one to five days to finish.

For a simple cut and blow mowing yard work for the average yards 6000 square feet or under it's ($65) once a month or ($110) twice a month.
Note: please make sure there's not a lot of odds and ends toys and junk in the yard, and if the grass looks way too overgrown it could be an extra $20 charge.
