Human Resources Manager
Locion: Omaha, NE
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm
Wage: $50,000-$55,000/Year
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, compliance, workers compension, accommodions, benefits, FMLA / ADA, Guard Card compliance, and basic HR functions including special projects. This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal / local ste laws and conduct investigions, suspensions, and terminions.
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candide should demonstre excellent active listening and communicion skills, good personal presention, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.

Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Heavy Recruiting experience.
- Employee Relions experience.
- Ability to advise management.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Acts to ensure compliance with FLSA and other applicable stes and regulions.
- Compliance with Federal and Ste laws.
Computer literacy.
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
- At least 1 year of HR experience.
- Must be able to pass background investigion and drug screening.
