Silver tone heart accented with a gold tone heart frame
Has a textured, distressed style surface with informal letters and handwriting. The small hearts set into the silver area appear to be rhinestones, not certain about that. I believe the little device is a pager.
Just wanted to mention that it is a little heavy for its size weighing .7 oz or 20 grams so may wear best with heavier fabrics. Has a nice space between the pin itself and the back to accommodate thicker material.
