Position Overview: The General Laborer plays a crucial role in executing various construction projects undertaken by the company. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials and equipment, site preparation, cleanup, tool acquisition, hazard removal, and assisting other Miktom field personnel. This position requires adherence to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Additionally, the Laborer may be required to perform tasks outside their primary job responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform loading/unloading of materials and equipment efficiently.
• Prepare construction sites for work and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors.
• Identify and remove potential hazards from the work area.
• Assist other Miktom field personnel as needed.

Qualifications:
• Ability to follow directions effectively.
