Overview
We are a custom garage builder specializing in wall-panel construction. We are looking for a working supervisor who can lead a small crew of 2-3 workers, also performing hands-on construction tasks. This role requires strong knowledge of framing, roofing, siding and overall jobsite coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew during daily construction tasks
Unload wall panels, brace walls, and ensure proper setup on day one
Bracing and anchoring panels
Set gables and common trusses safely and accurately
Install shingles with proper technique and attention to detail
Install siding, drip edge, J-channel, and related exterior components
Hang overhead doors or learn the process quickly
Maintain a safe, clean and organized jobsite
Craftsmanship is a priority
Communicate progress and needs to upper management
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in residential or light commercial construction. EXPERIENCE is a MUST!
* Ability to supervise and train 2-3 workers
* Strong roofing and siding skills
* Ability to read and follow construction plans
* Comfortable working at heights and using power tools
* Valid Driver's License and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills:
* Experience handing overhead doors
* Prior leadership or foreman experience
Pay: $58,800.00 - $67,200.00 per year
