Requirements:
* Previous maintenance experience required
* Reliable vehicle for commuting between properties
* Must have your own tools
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
* Drywall repair
* Interior painting
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Minor HVAC repairs
* General apartment and property maintenance
Compensation:
* $20.00 per hour
