NCW Staffing is now hiring equipment operators for a full-time opportunity located in Springfield, NE. This position is on a 1st shift (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm), offers overtime, weekly pay, pay increases with tenure, and company benefits upon completion of a probationary period. You will be responsible for operating class 6 rough terrain forklifts, material handling, loading/unloading flatbed trailers, pulling orders, organizing the yard, and general labor. Pay starts out at $25/hr.
Requirements:
-Prior experience operating heavy equipment (forklifts, telehandlers, lulls preferred)
-Must be able to work outdoors
-OSHA certifications a plus
-Reliable transportation
-Must be able to pass a drug screening
