Looking for a full time farm laborer with previous farm experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, dependable, responsible, and detail oriented. Job duties will include operating all types of farm equipment such as tractors, augers, grain cart, forklift, skid steer, mowers, semi trucks, etc. Ability to perform vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs will be required for this position. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience (or ability to learn) with GPS and agricultural software programs. Must be able to follow directions accurately and have the ability to work independently at times following the best safety practices. Must have a valid drivers license with a CDL preferred or the ability to get one. Must be able to work weekends and long hours during the busy seasons. Competitive pay based on experience.
