I just saw a small, fluffy, white lap dog with a blue collar, walking on the sidewalk by Wash World Laundry at 30th and Saint Mary's. Tried several times to catch him but he was too scared and too fast. Called the Humane Society. He was making quick time, exploring. The time was 7:35 PM, May 1st. I really hope this helps someone find him. God bless! :(
