We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual to serve as a temporary on-site manager during a management transition. Your primary role will be to take over day-to-day operations from the current manager, assist regular customers, and help keep everything running smoothly while we search for a permanent manager.
This position includes free on-site housing and may become a permanent management opportunity for the right candidate. If you don't wish to stay long-term, you'll help introduce prospective managers to the property and ensure a smooth handoff.
Management, customer service, or property management experience is preferred, but dependability, good communication, and a willingness to learn are most important.
