I’m looking for someone with experience in:
* General home repairs
* Drywall and painting
* Basic plumbing and electrical
* Flooring, doors, windows, and trim
* Turnovers between tenants
* Troubleshooting maintenance issues
Requirements:
* Reliable and honest
* Able to work independently
* Own transportation and basic tools
* Quality workmanship and attention to detail
* References are a plus
