Hello, we’re a small property management company with approximately 50 single family homes under management. We are looking for someone experienced with maintenance and completing work orders at rental properties, to complete any repairs or maintenance that may arise. The type of repairs can range from plumbing, leaks, drywall, painting, lawn, snow removal, to minor electrical, and unit turnover. The properties are spread out across Omaha, so there will be a fair bit of driving between work orders.
This is not a full time job, payment will be hourly for completed work orders, but the volume may be inconsistent.
