We are a local private property towing company looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Impound Office. Must be dependable and trustworthy with proven customer service skills. In addition, this person would also be involved with used auto sales, inventory management, and title administration for our sister company.
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Customer Service Experience (min 1 yr)
• MS Office Experience (Word, Excel)
• English Language – Required -- Bilingual Spanish is a Plus, but not required
• Cash Handling Experience (min 1 yr)
• Computer saavy with ability to utilize a variety of applications and software (i.e., Google, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, and websites)
• Multitasking and Detail Oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Vehicle Inventory Management (assist Operations Manager with Impound Lot management)
• Assisting customers face-to-face, via email, and phone regarding impounded vehicles
• Preparing daily cash logs
• Preparing bank deposits
• Assisting current and prospective customers with questions about the services we provide
• Customer Database Management
• Prepare and mail weekly certified letters to impound customers
• Provide Sales and Admin support for used car dealership
