I have several rear trunk trim panels from a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland listed below. Most of the these interior pieces are black, but the leather seats are saddle brown. These trim pieces will fit 2011 and newer Jeep Grand Cherokee. $160 for everything listed below. I have some additional parts not listed below like the rear seat and liftgate which can purchased separately. Not all parts are photographed, but everything is in excellent shape.
* Black plastic molded piece that the spare tire sits in.
* Black carpeted piece with chrome rails that goes over the top of the spare tire and forms the bottom of the trunk.
* Black carpeted piece that attaches to the back of the trunk and goes over rear seat when folded down.
* Black trim piece with chrome accents that is the width of the trunk and goes over the liftgate latch.
* Black interior trim pieces that attach to the inside of the liftgate.
* Black plastic trim piece that goes over the headliner of the Jeep.
* Black plastic trim piece that goes from the roof down towards the trunk and rear seat.
* Black styrofoam piece that holds the jack and sits on top of the spare tire.
* Large black wingnut that holds the spare tire in place.
