We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. This role is essential in maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning apartment communities while providing excellent service to our residents.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)
• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner
• Inspect property and identify maintenance issues
• Assist with unit turnovers (painting, cleaning, repairs)
• Maintain common areas and exterior grounds
• Respond to occasional emergency maintenance calls
• Perform appliance repairs
âś… Qualifications:
• Prior maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Appliance repair experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license required
• HVAC certification is a plus
Salary: $22-$28 per hour based on experience
