I'm not sure if I'm going to make a change. My company has good benefits and treats drivers well, but the schedule is very inconsistent. Some days I'm starting at 2 am and some days at 10 am, and of course, that affects what time I finish for the day, too. Starting late means going home late, and then I get trapped in that all week. Looking for consistent hours.
30 years experience, perfectly clean DAC, MVR, etc. Positively no violations. Perfect schedule would be home daily, starting and finishing at predictable times OR out-and-back, leaving Monday morning and getting home Friday evening. Would love to run the I-29/I-35 corridors, north to south.
