Very clean 2015 dual axle standard tow trailer. Ready for its next vacation. Front entrance and rear door allowing direct access to the bathroom which is really nice. The single slide out makes it quite spacious. Rear fold out bumper attachment adds even more carrying capacity.
Everything works: The gas oven and stove, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, AC and gas heater, leveling mechanism, TV/radio with remotes, shower and toilet, etc.
History of trailer
First owner used it briefly and it was like new when we bought it in August of 2021.
We are the second owners and used it as an onsight place to stay while we built our house in Orchard. (It never left our yard so the tires still have plenty of tread.) Lived in it for two summers during house construction. Vacant and unused for the rest of the year. Now that our new house is livable and almost finished we are listing this trailer for sale.
Particulars: Sleeps five because of personal customizations. 1. The rear bunkbeds are great for children but impossible for adults. We changed it to a single bed that is very comfortable and easy to use. Added new shelves which provide ample space to store your things. (It's the green bed in the pictures.) Note: The trailer is still structurally sound and rigid.
2. The love seat was removed as it was useless for sleeping and not very comfortable to sit in. (We used the space for our full sized recliner.) The repurposed space is more functional and useable for a large ice chest, lawn chairs or other storage. The love seat can be reinstalled if you prefer.
3. Another really nice addon was the winterization valve. When it comes time to winterize, turn on your faucets and pour in less than a gallon of the pink antifreeze into the valve and you are set. (Of course you still have to drain the tanks, but the winterization valve helps prevent the pipes from freezing.)
4. Replaced dual tank valve for gas heating/cooking. (Came back after winter and my tanks were empty.)
5. Replaced a pex pipe under the sink that froze because I hadn't left the sink turned on to drain properly. No drips or leaks now.
