I’m a part time(25 hours avg per week) evening customer service specialist in a grocery store; Not a party type of person; I’m an occasional social drinker and not a smoker. I’m very quiet and clean.
Price range I prefer is around $800 or less. Utility bills needs to be included please.
Area I’m searching in is the following:: Florence or Gifford Park neighborhoods are ideal due to my job being in the Florence neighborhood.
