We're a couple that needs to find a place to stay by July 1 (but are trying for June 1 so that we have time to move our stuff in, and secure a place sooner.)
We have a king size bed, an L shaped computer desk, and a square table with racing rig, that we will need space for (so either a large enough room or common area to set things up in would be needed).
We're having trouble getting approved anywhere due to credit reasons, but we can pay and I have a reference from our current landlord, who is choosing to sell the house.
We want to stay longer term so hopefully whoever rents to us would not have plans to end the lease within the next couple years, at minimum, if there are no problems.
Ideally not more than 1000/month though that's not a hard limit.
