Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Provide information on the features, specifications, and pricing of our used car inventory.
Conduct test drives and deliver a positive customer experience.
Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements.
Participate in the financing process and sell backend products to customers.
Maintain knowledge of inventory and market trends.
Manage customer leads and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the service department to discuss vehicle condition and any required repairs.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in automotive sales.
Experience in vehicle financing is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mentality.
Knowledge of automotive industry and used car values.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
