Selling a NEW Kryptonite "Ball and Chain" lock with steel anchor ball with a 4-digit tumbler lock in factory sealed package. It appears to be quite a heavy-duty, substantial locking mechanism. Has a 36" long steel strand cable. Package dated 1997. Don't know much about it, but looks like it's for securing a snowboard or ski bindings, or bikes / bicycles also …. all to a vehicle cycling roof / rear bike rack, as package reads:

"The Ball and Chain keeps the creeps away from your Board on the slopes or on your vehicle roof rack."

Imagine it can be used anywhere where valuables need to be secured. Instructions are printed on back of the package.

New, in excellent condition, in original sealed factory package.
