Selling my Sharp brand, model DF-60 Fillet Knife with a fairly stiff 6" stainless steel blade. Made with quality in JAPAN. Leather sheath with loop and metal snap closure. I purchased NEW and am the original owner and only person who has ever used this vintage Japanese knife over the years for cleaning small trout, so know it's been well cared for.

Great for fishing, hunting, kitchen use. It shows some age but in very good condition with still a very sharp blade. Plenty of life left in it. I believe the attractive wood handle is made from rosewood. Overall knife length is 10-1/2" Due to age the sheath has some natural patina as well as slight corrosion of rivets but nice stitching is all intact. Sheath also has a 2" wide belt loop built into top. Made in Japan, so very nice quality.
