Perfect Christmas gift since you do not need to put it together. 3 1/2 foot tall barbie house come with all the furniture. Has been played with but still in great condition. I dropped price a couple of times so not open to any offers. If you want it, the price is $140. If you try to compare this to the cheap houses from Walmart or Amazon then you are not comparing apples to apples. Price new now is over $250
