Requirements:
· 5 + years of direct concrete construction experience with foundations, flatwork and site work.
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering or related education and experience
· Proficient with MS Excel, Planswift and construction software applications
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
· Estimating experience for commercial concrete
· 10HR/30HR OSHA required
· Commercial or industrial concrete experience required; strong work ethic a must
Job Overview
- Manage and estimate commercial and industrial concrete projects from bid through completion.
- Work closely with a team of experienced Project Managers in both the field and office.
- Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, schedules, and jobsite production.
- Provide hands-on field oversight while tracking budgets, costs, and change orders.
- Read and interpret plans, specs, and scopes with accuracy.
