I’m looking for a dependable, experienced maintenance technician/handyman to help maintain a portfolio of single-family rental homes in the Omaha area.
This is steady, year-round work—not just occasional jobs.
Responsibilities:
* Drywall repair and painting
* Basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, disposals, water heaters)
* Minor electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures)
* Flooring installation and repairs
* Door, lock, and window repairs
* Appliance installation and replacement
* Turnover work between tenants
* General maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience preferred
* Must have your own basic tools
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and solve problems
* Honest, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship
Compensation:
* $20.00 per hour plus depending on experience
* Daily pay
* Flexible scheduling with the opportunity for full-time, long-term employment
