MW4H Industrial Staffing is look for an Industrial or AG Millwright Superintendent for a full-time position. Our ideal candidate has at least 10 years of Millwright or industrial construction experience, with 5 or more years in a supervisory role, but education and training (especially NCCER credentials or formal apprenticeship experience) will also be considered.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with agricultural facility equipment such as elevators, conveyors, grain bins, dryers, etc., with proven ability to manage shutdowns and large-scale ag industry projects. Strong technical skills are key, including the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, along with welding experience (AWS certification or stick welding preferred). Just as important, this person must be able to lead, mentor, and motivate crews of varying skill levels while enforcing safety and productivity standards. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, with overnight stays covered by per diem.
