CLEAN USED 5TH WHEEL CAMPEPER ON THE MARKET
3 things will stand out about this camper:
1. Cleanliness 2. Sturdiness 3. Storage Space
We purchased this camper at the beginning of our retirement with the goal of taking ourselves and our grandchildren camping. Since then, the dynamics of our family have changed, and we needed a 5th wheel with a bunk house, so we decided to put this on the market. Our first thought was to keep it and go camping with our grown children and their families, but our old dependable spare pickup got totaled and we no longer have two vehicles to pull two campers, so someone can now make beautiful memories of their own it our sweet girl.
Every inch has been scrubbed, vacuumed, disinfected and shined to the best of our abilities. (The pictures were taken before our cleaning)
The main bedroom is up a flight of 2 stairs. It greets you with a comfortable queen bed. {We have a Sleep Number Bed at home and were never uncomfortable on this mattress}. In the space on the floor beside each bed, we often have had small grandchildren sleeping on a pallet of blankets beside us. We just had to watch our step when we got up. Lifting the mattress, you will find a large, boxed storage area. Above the bed is a row of 4 cabinets. There is a nightstand with drawers at the side of each bed. Beside the closet is a smaller triangular, open-shelved unit. There is a full, hanging closet in the room. There is a longer accordion door for the use of separating the bedroom from the bathroom area. The bathroom area is also up the 2 steps. The vanity contains a sink big enough for me to wash my short hair in. Above that, is a mirrored cabinet. There is a triangular shower/shallow tub. There is a private toilet room. Also at the top of the 2 steps is a smaller accordion door that gives privacy to the entire upper area.
As you walk into the camper you will find 2 custom-ordered, leather Lazy Boy chairs with a small built-in table between them. No stains. Rips, Wear. There is a table with two benches that is only 3 years old. Both bench seats got a small slit in them during our first use (Poor stitching from the manufacturer). We taped them with Gorilla tape and have had no problem since. The unit came with a table and 4 chairs, but they were disgusting, so we put this in for more sleeping area. It makes out to sleep someone 5’6” or less, comfortably or two smaller children. We have also had children or teens sleep happily in the lazy boys. The couch sits very sturdy. It pulls out to a double sized bed to sleep one or two adults. We have a 4” Blue Memory Foam mattress topper in the box under the main bedroom bed, for the sofa sleeper. It looks purple but the brand is BLUE. It makes a world of difference in the comfort level of sleep anyone will get on this mattress and bed set up. There are cupboards and storage galore around the top of the seating and eating area. We assigned one per child, so no suitcases had to come in.
Across from the couch is the kitchen area with a floor to ceiling panty, microwave, a working stove & oven, a double sink a peninsula counter with oodles of upper and lower cabinets.
There is an area beside the couch that contains several shelves considered an entertainment center.
Outside Decals are peeling as unit has never been housed in a shed.
