-Located an hour from Omaha Nebraska in southwest corner of Iowa.
-Camper was always stored in garage and kept clean when not in use.

-Reason for sale is I’ve purchased Jeep Gladiator and in the process of preparing it for camping.

-Roof is a 1 piece pressed sheet of thick .090” aluminum that runs the full length of the trailer, and down the nose to the frame with a built in drip edge. Lifetime leak proof warranty from Weeroll.
-Exterior is 3M industrial bonded .068” aluminum, the interior walls are .040”. The walls are 1” thick with insulation.
-The main frame and tongue are 1/4” thick aluminum.
-The main frame is built with 2x3” tube and the wall & roof frames are built with 1x2” aluminum tubing.
-Square 3” aluminum tube main triple tongue.
-Dexter Torflex 3500 lb axle. Hubs were recently greased.
-Electric Dexter drum breaks with Echo Bluetooth break controller located on tongue. Uses app on smartphone to adjust sensitivity.
-4 and 7 pin electric plug compatible.
-Driver and passenger side doors, and full width rear barn door, all are built heavy duty with double weather stripping.
-Each side door has a rain rail below the roof drip edge.
-Two 20x15 sliding side windows with tinted glass and screens.
-Front removable portal for a fan, AC, or heater. One factory portal cover and one custom with two vents for diesel or propane heater.
-Custom cut full size foam mattress on lightweight steel and wooden slat platform frame. Great amount of storage space in front and below bed.
-Removable floor runners cover 1/8” aluminum solid smooth plate floor.
-Wheels are 5x4.5” lug pattern with a Jeep rim 5x5” lug pattern spare mounted on fold down carrier attached to 2 inch trailer receiver on rear. Trailer receiver aluminum attachment point was strengthened by custom metal shop. Two wheel spacers (5x4.5” to 5x5”) that allow the spare to be attached to the trailer hubs are provided.
-Lock N Roll hitch, always greased. Included both the trailer and vehicle sides of the hitch with the sale.
-Truck storage aluminum box mounted on tongue.
-Exterior AC and DC outlets that lead to two internal outlets.
